"Refund took a bit longer than expected"
My refund did come through in the end, but it arrived later than I was hoping, haha. Not a huge deal, just wish the timing had been a little quicker.

"Feels underfilled for the price"
This showed up with way too few beans inside, so it just sinks down flat when you sit on it and ends up feeling kind of empty. For the price, I expected it to be much fuller and more comfortable. Annoying, especially because it seems like such an avoidable issue.

"Nice and comfortable, but worth full price?"
It’s a decent product and comfy, so I can’t really complain too much. Delivery was smooth and there wasn’t anything actually wrong with it. But for the price, was I expecting a little more? Yeah, definitely. It’s nice, sure, but does it feel like amazing value for money? Not really. I’d probably wait for a sale if I were buying it again.

"Cleaning this cover is such a hassle"
As someone who likes to keep things clean without spending forever on it, this cover really drives me nuts. It takes way too long to clean properly, and it feels like a chore every time.

"Decent Product, Frustrating Return"
The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the return process was, it was more of a hassle than I expected. It took a while to get a response, and the instructions weren’t super clear, so I had to figure things out as I went. I did get it sorted eventually, but I really wouldn’t want to deal with that again.

"Nice, but needs more colours"
I like it overall and it does the job, but I really wish there were more colour options. Like, it’s fine... and then suddenly I’m staring at the choices thinking, wait, that’s it? A few more colours would make it way better.

"Pretty happy overall"
Overall, I’m really happy with my order, but I have to admit the delivery felt a little slow and had me feeling a bit impatient. Still, everything turned out good in the end...

"Found what I needed, but the slow loading got annoying"
I was able to find the stuff I was looking for, so that part was fine. But the pages loaded slower than I expected, and that kind of took away from the experience. It wasn’t unusable, just frustrating enough that I noticed it the whole time...

"Delivery was way more hassle than it needed to be"
The order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had to keep checking and wondering where it was. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery process made it way more annoying and effortful than it should’ve been.

"Still solid after a few months"
I’ve been using this for months now and it’s still holding up good. Nothing fancy to say really, but it hasn’t broken or gotten weird on me, so that’s a win. I was kind of expecting some issues by now, but nope, still solid.

"Color was WAY off"
I ordered a bean bag that looked like a nice soft grey online, but when it arrived it was almost blue. Not just a slight difference either — it was REALLY noticeable. Frustrating when you’re trying to match it to the room.

"Checkout Was a Whole Experience"
Tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing right at checkout, which was super fun. The payment page wasn’t exactly clear either, so I got to spend way too much time figuring out what was actually going on. It took ages just to confirm anything. Not exactly the best first impression, but hey, at least it was memorable.

"Comfy, but not quite what I expected"
I mean, the bean bag is definitely comfy and it looks nice in the room, so there’s that. But the fabric feels a little thinner than I thought it would, like... not cheap exactly, just not as sturdy or premium as the pictures made it seem. The stitching looks okay so far, no issues there yet. Overall it’s fine, I don’t hate it or anything, but for the price I guess I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better.

"Disappointing Experience With My Dog"
I was disappointed because it didn’t really feel like my dog was welcome there, if that makes sense. I was hoping for a more pet-friendly experience.

"Pretty good packaging tbh"
Packaging was solid and the box arrived looking neat overall. There was just a tiny dent on one corner, but nothing major lol.

"Am I missing something with the fabric?"
Am I missing something here? I ordered from bigberthaoriginal expecting the fabric to feel a lot nicer, but mine was disappointing. It felt thin and a bit rough, not soft or comfortable like I had in mind. After just a few days of use, it already looked kind of worn out and creased really easily. For the price, I expected better quality. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine just didn’t feel worth it.

"Couldn’t Find Much Available"
I was ready to place an order, but when I started looking around, almost everything I wanted seemed to be out of stock. Maybe I just checked at a bad time, but it was a little disappointing because I didn’t really have enough options to choose from.

"Refund process was frustrating"
I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and I’m still getting vague replies. I’ve had to keep following up myself every time, which is just really frustrating if that makes sense. At this point, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Not water resistant at all"
I bought this thinking it could handle a little rain outside, but it soaked through way faster than I expected. The filling ended up feeling damp, and then I had to drag it inside and spend forever trying to get it dried out, which was just extra work I really didn’t need. For something that’s supposed to be for outdoor use, I expected a lot better. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t buy it again

"i was about to place an order, but..."
i was about to place an order, but the delivery charge completely put me off. it seemed way too high for what i was buying, and i only really noticed it properly near checkout. the product might be fine, but i’m not paying that much just to have it delivered
